I'll be open honest here and say this book is one of those love it or hate it kinds.
It's very sweet and bubble gum, a shallow storyline and won't challenge you. But if you like the occasional just for fun teen romances then this one is it. Every once in a while you just need to stop adulting, put on footy pajamas and spend the day watching dance battle and Freddie Prince Jr movies to just have fun. This is a Freddie Prince Jr movie kind of book.
It's just plain fun and simple. The two main characters have enough personality to like them, not enough issues to get tired of them. A bit stereotypical teen archetypes but still. It was simple to read and engaging.
