The Pioneer Woman Cooks: Recipes from an Accidental Country Girl by Ree DrummondMy rating: 3 of 5 stars
Not a bad cookbook. The recipes are approachable and aren't complicated. Creative. The only thing is that the dishes are pretty average and perhaps a bit TOO simple. You also get to peek in to a bit of Drummond's life which is always a plus but it would have been nicer to get to see a bit more of her personality.
Not bad but not great. It's square in the middle like....like.....purgatory. it's purgatory. Right down the middle. Good enough to be enjoyable but nothing to get too exciting over and not bad. Purgatory. Borrow from a friend or library first before you buy it just in case.
